Service Description
POMP provides a platform that allows users to transform any screen into a dynamic display by creating and managing digital signage content. This includes the ability to curate existing content or create new content, connect the platform to your favorite apps and workflows, and update your Digital Signage from anywhere.
Registration and Account Security
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create a POMP account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.
User Conduct
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your User accounts and shall abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treaties and regulations in connection with your use of the Service, including those related to data privacy, international communications and the transmission of technical or personal data.
Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that POMP owns all legal rights, titles and interests in and to the Service, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the Service (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist).
Payment Terms
Details regarding the fee structure for the Service will be communicated separately and are outside the scope of these terms of use. All payments are due as per the agreed schedule.
Term and Termination
The duration of these terms of use and your subscription to the service are as agreed upon. Either party may terminate this agreement under conditions as stipulated.

The Service is provided “as is” and POMP makes no warranty or representation with respect to the services, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event will POMP be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service.
